Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Deposits

When you book a session on MyCoachSlot, a booking deposit is collected at the time of registration. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance, including voluntary cancellation by the student, schedule changes, no-shows, or any other reason.

Student Cancellations

Students may cancel a booking at any time through their dashboard. However, the booking deposit will not be refunded regardless of when the cancellation is made. If the full session fee was paid online, the remaining balance (the session fee minus the deposit) will be refunded.

Coach Cancellations

If a coach cancels a session, students who paid the full session fee online will receive a refund of the amount paid minus the non-refundable booking deposit and any Stripe transaction fees incurred during the original payment. Students who only paid a deposit will forfeit the deposit as described above.

Stripe Transaction Fees

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. When a refund is issued (for coach-cancelled sessions), the Stripe transaction fees from the original payment are non-recoverable and are the responsibility of the student. These fees are deducted from the refund amount automatically.

Pay-at-Session Bookings

For sessions where payment is collected in cash at the drop zone, only the online booking deposit is collected at registration. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance due at the session is between the student and coach.

No Exceptions

This policy applies uniformly to all bookings on the platform. MyCoachSlot does not offer partial refunds, credits, or exceptions to the deposit forfeiture policy. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
