1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyCoachSlot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MyCoachSlot is a marketplace that connects skydiving students with coaches. The Platform facilitates session scheduling, payment processing, and communication between coaches and students. MyCoachSlot is not a coaching provider and does not employ or endorse any coach on the platform.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All session fees are processed through Stripe. Students are charged at the time of booking. Coaches receive payouts via Stripe Connect after sessions are completed, minus the platform fee (10%).

5. Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel a booking more than 24 hours before the session start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. Coaches may cancel sessions at any time — all affected students will receive a full refund.

6. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of MyCoachSlot. Coaches are responsible for their own certifications, insurance, safety practices, and compliance with local regulations. MyCoachSlot does not verify coaching credentials.

7. Student Responsibilities

Students acknowledge that skydiving is an inherently dangerous activity. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all prerequisites for booked sessions and for carrying appropriate insurance.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyCoachSlot provides the Platform "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from coaching sessions booked through the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to MyCoachSlot in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between coaches and students should first be resolved directly between the parties. MyCoachSlot may mediate at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
